So, my brother screwed up badly.

Complete idiot, lol.

Anyways he got his Paypal limited with $170 , and this debt collection agency is trying to collect off him, he put my phone number in his Paypal so that's how I know.

He's underage (16), and I've been telling them everytime they call to cancel the debt, he didn't understand the Terms that he had to be 18.

I've been Googling, and searching other sites for a link that states a law in Canada where minors cannot authorize this.

Anyways, if the debt were to carry onto where he is over 18/age of majority, would the debt be on record still, or no?

Ask your parents to do it for him? They'll understand.

You should just try to ask your parents to do it for him.

He'll be murdered, then I will for not telling em. Lol.

I'm financially supported by them, and if they find out I didn't tell them about what happened to him, I'm fucked.
