So it seems like Rapper Bow Wow(Formerly known as "Little Bow Wow") twitter account has been hacked.
The hacker is apparently a rapper himself, and he's using the twitter account to promote his mix tape.

The hacker is holding the account for ransom of $10,000
He says he will return the account when is paid.
