Ready for a much deeper appreciation for who Jesus is? Empty

First, a reminder that the Word (i.e. Jesus) was the Creator of all things

“All things were made through Him (the Word),
and without Him nothing was made that was made.” John 1:3

“He (the Word, Jesus) was in the world, and the world was made through Him” John 1:10

“(You Jews) killed the Author (beginning, originator, source) of life” Acts 3:15

“… one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom are all things” 1 Corinthians 8:6

“God who created all things through Jesus Christ” Ephesians 3:9

“For by Him (Jesus) all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth,
visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers.
All things were created through Him and for Him.” Colossians 1:16

“His Son … through whom also He (Father God) made the worlds” Hebrews 1:2

“But to the Son He (Father God) says: … “You, LORD, in the beginning laid the foundation of the earth,
and the heavens are the work of Your hands. They will perish, but You remain” Hebrews 1:8-11

Second, Jesus is the Sustainer of all things now

“And He (Jesus) is before all things, and in Him all things consist (hold together).” Colossians 1:17

“… upholding (sustaining) all things by the word of His (Jesus’) power …” Hebrews 1:3

Third, the practical application

Molecular scientists say only one-millionth of an atom consists of matter, and all the rest is empty space!

At the center of an atom is a positively-charged nucleus.

At a great distance from the nucleus is one or more negatively-charged electrons.
Electrons circle around the nucleus at an incredible speed.

The Force-A of attraction between the electron (-) and nucleus (+)
must be exactly equal to the Force-B velocity of the moving electron
… in order for it to maintain its’ perfect circular pattern.

(The speed of the electron is similar to the whizzing blade of a fan
… where both the atom and the fan seem to be totally SOLID.)

IF the electron was to slow down, Force-A would be greater than Force-B
… causing the electron to collapse into the nucleus.

IF the electron was to speed up, Force-B would be greater than Force-A
… causing the electron to just fly off into space.

IF either of these two scenarios were to happen
… the atom would disintegrate (disappear), leaving basically nothing at all.

IF Jesus was to order the electrons to slow down or speed up,
basically everything in our world would disappear!
Well actually, about one-millionth of our world would still be floating around.

We Praise You and Thank You, Mighty Lord Jesus!

My Pastor has a phrase...Much Prayer = Much Power. Little Prayer = Little Power. No Prayer ....and then he smiles.

Acts 1.8. "Ye shall receive power......... We have so may things in our lives....

Prayer is the key to knowing Him.

That certainly has some truth to it, but IMO God anoints who He wants to anoint.
Will He hold back His power of anointing in a situation where He wants it used
just because His chosen vessel isn't prayed up?

The Lord responds to great faith.
Where 2 or more are gathered in His name He will be in their midst.
The name of "Jesus" holds great power.
The words "the blood of Jesus" hold great power.
There is a very powerful gift of faith (1 Cor 12).
Just sharin' my experiences.
