2. Racism
Racism of any kind will not be tolerated, you will be immediately banned if caught. T

3. No Spamming
Do not post meaningless remarks or posts.

4. No Multiple Accounts
Please do not make multiple accounts. Unless if you have a sibling or someone else in your household that's registered to MapleIsland.forumotion.com you should only have one account.

5. Giving Credit
Do not take credit for other peoples work. If something is leech please make sure to state that it is. And please, make sure to provide a source.(This will not fall under our "no advertising" policy.)

6. No Warez
Do not link or upload illegal material.

7. No Scamming
One shall not perform fraudulent or deceptive acts when trading goods or services on MapleIsland.forumotion.com
(If someone scammed you elsewhere other then MapleIsland.forumotion.com and you know for a fact they're registered to this forum, we will NOT do anything. It's not our problem if someone scammed you on another forum and they're registered here.)

8. No Begging
Do not beg for mesos or items here. This is not a donation center.

9. Stuck threads and announcements
If theirs a stuck thread in a certain section that contains rules, one will fall upon those rules.

10. Fame abuse
Do not abuse the fame system. An example would be creating hundreds of accounts to make fame mules.

11. Advertising
Advertising is not allowed here at MapleIsland.forumotion.com. An example of advertising would be posting about a specific product your selling, or a website you have. Any type of advertising is strictly prohibited here. You may talk about products as long as your doing it solely for entertainment and not for your own profits.

12. Inappropriate material
One shall not link anywhere or post inappropriate material which includes, but is not limited to, aspects such as nude, gruesome, or seizure enducing images or videos on MapleIsland.


13. No Trolling
Do NOT troll. Trolling is the act of posting simply to mess with someone or "be funny". This is prohibited.

14. Disrespecting Staff
Do not disrespect staff. If your not happy with a staff decision simply post in the Infraction section and have the infraction or ban lifted.

15. User Bars
Do not try to make fake user bars. This means editing your avatar to look like you have a custom userbar. This is not allowed. (This is only allowed if the user bar is completely different from our original, and does not say admin,staff,mod,or anything of that sort on it.)

16. Responsibility over actions
You are responsible for your MapleIsland.forumotion.com. If your e-mail gets hacked, this is not our problem.

17. Bumping old threads
Do not bump old threads. An example of old would be 30 days.

18. Mini-Moderating
A non-moderator shall not post about anything needing to be moderated, unless one has a reply relevant to the thread in the same post. You shall use the report button to report something in need of moderating.

19. Privacy
Do not release personal data on MapleIsland.forumotion.com this includes dumps.

20. Harmful Material
Do not post or spread any harmful material on this forum. These include RATS, keyloggers, phishers and viruses. You may also not post any tutorials on how to create harmful material or infect someone. You may not ask for harmful material or tutorials on it.

21. Censors
Do not attempt to bypass the word censors in any way.

22. Exploits on the forum
Do not exploit features on this forum.

23. Falsified Evidence
Do not provide falsified evidence to protect/harm themselves or anyone, in any case brought to the staff or the community's attention. (These means editing a post with firebug or any other program to frame somebody.)

Other: Despite the fact that we would like to be able to say that all punishments are outlined in black and white, we take everything on a case by case basis. The administration reserves the right to take each case as they may see fit.

*Recidivism of the rules being broken may result in a permanent IP suspension, if seen fit by an administrator. Moderators picking on a member with infractions may result in a different punishment from an Admin.*

Legislative: Every member through the suggestions section and dispute section.
Executive: Owner and Administrators
Staff only includes these user groups: Administrator, Super Moderator, and Moderator.

Section III: Rights


1. One shall be innocent until proven or found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
2. Ignorance of rule is no excuse.
3. An administrator can dismiss a rule.
