Lock the forum shop!!! I'm surprised no one left a post their yes! And my second suggestion is to allows people to post their programs that they created in the shop, for users to buy using SK/forum points and than the user that created the program takes a cut of the points+the admin gets most of the points. Or the owner of the program can even take all of the points. It doesn't matter it's your choice!!!
